Nuit Blanche Winnipeg

Our Shared Stories. Our Shared Future

In Celebration of Winnipeg’s 150th year, the City of Winnipeg and Nuit Blanche Winnipeg have partnered to present a new opportunity to artists and collectives in the amount of $5000. The selected project will be featured at Nuit Blanche Winnipeg 2024 (September 28th) and will contemplate the theme below:

“The theme for Winnipeg 150 celebrations, Our shared stories. Our shared future., captures the essence of Winnipeg. In every corner of our diverse community, there are stories waiting to be told – stories of resilience, stories of relentless hope, and stories that tell the colourful tales behind our city's history.

Winnipeg is also a city whose story is still being written. And in celebrating our past, we are laying the foundation for our shared future. Together, we can build a stronger Winnipeg and a future we can all be proud of. A future where we continue to embrace our differences, learn from our history, and work towards a better, more inclusive tomorrow.”
